Twenty-eight cub Scouts from Pack 1980 and Pack 182, along with several family members participated in the Cub Scout Bike Rodeo on the last weekend in April.  Scouts began the bike rodeo by learning how to check their bike helmet for a proper fit and how to check that their bike is in good working condition and fit to them.  Scouts then tested their skills at several stations.  Scouts practiced avoiding obstacles, watching for cars, controlling their bicycle through turns and narrow lanes, and using hand signals.
